I have bet on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of of money at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it basically impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
