I have played countless of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a few months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
